The office of the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) supports the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the management of all aspects of the hospital’s operations. He assists the hospital in attending its strategic objectives and annual plans while balancing short term results with long term sustainability.
The Deputy Chief Executive Officer supervises along the Chief Executive Officer, corporate and administration services including:
1. Legal and corporate affairs
2.The commercial directorate
3. Quality assurance, patient experience and management directorate
4. The supply chain and logistics department
5. The strategic advisory team
He equally oversees all internal audit operations.
