Dr. Karenzi Irenne David is a Consultant General Surgeon with a subspecialty in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery. He is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based surgical care, with expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of vascular conditions using both open and minimally invasive endovascular techniques.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Karenzi is passionate about medical education and surgical research. He is dedicated to training future healthcare professionals, advancing surgical innovation, and promoting evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes. His academic and research interests focus particularly on expanding access to safe, timely, and affordable surgical care for all, contributing to efforts that strengthen surgical systems and improve equitable healthcare delivery both in Rwanda and beyond.
