Dr. Zainab Ingabire is a highly skilled Consultant Internist with subspecialty training in gastroenterology and hepatology, currently practicing at King Faisal Hospital. She earned her Doctorate in General Medicine in 2014 and completed her specialization in Internal Medicine in 2020 at the University of Rwanda . Further strengthening her expertise, she obtained a Fellowship degree in Gastroenterology and hepatology from University of Rwanda. Dr Ingabire has a good experience in medical field, providing comprehensive care in internal medicine and managing complex chronic gastroenterology conditions. She possesses a high proficiency in endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopies and upper GI endoscopies with adaptation to updated developments in technology. She offers customized treatment plan that often combines life style changes, dietary adjustment and medications. In addition, Dr Ingabire is a lecturer at the University of Rwanda and African Health Science University and also serves as national trainer of Fibroscan, contributing to continuous medical education and research. Dr Ingabire is an active member of the Rwanda College of Physicians, Rwanda Society of Endoscopy and she is certified by Rwanda Medical council. She is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care, combining technical expertise with compassionate approach to improve her patients’ quality of life.
