Dr. David Hakizimana is a highly skilled neurosurgeon at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, servingas the Head of the head of department for pre-operative care (POCS). He brings advanced expertise in skull base surgery and spine surgery, with a commitment to delivering specialized care for complex neurological conditions. His clinical focus includes the diagnosis and surgical management of disorders affecting the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves. Dr. Hakizimana integrates cutting-edge surgical  techniques and a multidisciplinary approach to improve patient outcomes in both emergent and elective neurosurgical cases. At the helm of PCOS, he leads a dedicated team working to enhance the quality and accessibility
