Esther is a licensed Nutritionist who works at King Faisal Hospital, holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors from the university of Rwanda, college of medicine and Health sciences in Human nutrition and Diabetics, received a certificate in nutrition and Diabetics from Ramaiah Memorial hospital, Bangalore, India with six years of practice in in both clinical nutrition, public and community nutritional support interventions.

Esther helps in counselling people about a healthy diet, personalize their needs and designing meal plans for patients with different medical conditions such as diabetes, chronic kidney disease,  and Liver disease, cardiovascular diseases.

She also carries out Dietary Management of Severe Acute Malnutrition in children and adults, she also helps in providing nutritional support in post operative care and in critically ill patients in order to help them meet their nutritional demands. She takes part in nutritional counselling of people with eating disorders such as mental Anorexia and helps them to enjoy food for good healthy. She also participates in tailoring the menu for different diets in the hospitals and other institutions.
