Our Director of Adult Cardiothoracic Program, Trained in South Africa, and first time consultant in 1986 at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, where he remained for 26 years. He was the Director of the Cardiac Surgical Unit at the San Filippo Ner hospital in Rome, subsequently in charge of a private unit in Tirana and subsequently consultant in Khartoum, Sudan working with the NGO emergency.
