Dr. Gwaneza Berthilde is a Medical Officer at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda with experience in general clinical practice, emergency care, and women's health. She is a dedicated physician committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare through evidence-based practice, clinical excellence, and continuous professional development.

Since beginning her medical practice in 2022, Dr. Gwaneza has gained extensive experience managing a broad range of medical conditions across both outpatient and inpatient settings. Prior to joining King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, she served at Muhima Hospital, where she spent three years providing comprehensive medical care to patients with diverse healthcare needs. Her responsibilities included outpatient consultations, inpatient management, emergency care, and the management of obstetric and gynecological cases within her scope of practice.

Throughout her career, Dr. Gwaneza has developed strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills while working in fast-paced healthcare environments. She is recognized for her ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and for her commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that prioritizes patient safety and positive health outcomes.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Gwaneza is passionate about lifelong learning and professional development. She has completed various professional trainings in research methodology, HIV service delivery, and clubfoot management, strengthening her capacity to contribute to both clinical care and healthcare improvement initiatives.
