Dr. Kavabushi Patrick

About Me:

Dr. Kavabushi Patrick is a Consultant Transplant Nephrologist with more than 15 years of experience in medical practice. He graduated from the University of Burundi School of Medicine in 2010 and completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Rwanda, graduating in 2017. Following his residency, he joined King Faisal Hospital (KFH) as a General Internal Medicine Specialist.

From 2021 to 2023, Dr. Kavabushi completed a fellowship in General Nephrology at McMaster University in Ontario, Canada. He subsequently pursued a one-year fellowship in Transplant Nephrology at the University of Alberta, Canada, further advancing his expertise in the care of patients with kidney disease and transplantation.

Since September 2024, Dr. Kavabushi has been practicing at King Faisal Hospital, where he serves as the Head of the Nephrology, providing specialized care in nephrology, while contributing to the advancement of renal services.
