1. He/she must have Bachelor &s Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) from a recognized institution; a Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Supply Chain Management, or related field is an added advantage.
2. He/she should have a Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a licensed practicing Pharmacist.
3. Registered with a relevant Professional body and having valid license to practice. SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Good knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, procurement rules, and inventory systems.
2. Able to deliver services quickly and effectively to meet client needs.
3. Strong written and spoken communication skills.
4. Good at analyzing detailed information.
5. Team player with a positive attitude.
6. Teaching or management skills are a plus.
7. Knowledge of health and safety standards is an advantage.		1. Plan, coordinate, and manage the procurement of medicines and pharmaceutical supplies in accordance with hospital policies and national regulations.
2. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to forecast pharmaceutical needs and ensure the uninterrupted supply of essential medications.
3. Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost- effectiveness.
4. Review and prepare procurement documentation, including tenders, quotations, contracts, and purchase orders.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, international procurement standards, and market trends.
6. Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with inventory team to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.
7. Ensure compliance with Rwanda FDA and other relevant regulatory authorities.
8. Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.Generate reports on procurement activities, budget usage, and supplier performance for management review.              		1

1.Driver  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of Advanced Certificate (A2)He/she must have a Driving license with Category B & D. At least 2 years of work experience, with preference for hospital setting experience.
Maximum age of 40 years’ old  The experience required is from 2 to 5 years.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to operate machinery and equipment Knowledge of work procedures, safety, planning, and organization. Job knowledge & Skill, cooperation, communication, and clients service focus. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.  		1. Maintenance of the database of trip requests for each vehicle used by the driver.
2. Maintenance of speedometer readings Investigation if speedometer readings do not tally at month end.
3. Reports submitted to Fleet Manager at month end of all activities that month.
4. Maintenance of records of all pre-trip checks for:
Fuel
Oil
Water
Windscreen washer water
lights and brake lights
Indicator lights
Rear view mirror
State of safety belts
Any special arrangement for wheelchairs or other aids
Expiry date of the vehicle’s license and insurance Notations of scratches, bumps, and other abnormality of the bodywork of the car.
5. Evidence of maintenance of a current, unblemished driving license.
6. Evidence of driving license renewal is some months before the expiry date.
7. Submit to the Transport (Fleet) Supervisor copies of Advanced Driver Training undertaken even at own expense.
8. Ensure that the Cell phone usage or radio to be used in “Hands-Free” mode.
9. Evidence of reports submitted to the Transport (Fleet) Supervisor of patients or personnel behaving in an unruly manner likely to cause an accident
10. Maintain a database of bookings and times required.
11. Ensure that the Ambulance Call Centre maintains a database of all callouts, times and lengths of traveling times, and patient particulars. Reports submitted to   Transport (Fleet) Supervisor monthly on vehicle utilization, serving, and any general problems/issues that may have occurred. Results of investigations and resultant Action Plans submitted as requested by the Transport (Fleet) Supervisor.

1. He/she must have a minimum Diploma (A1) in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communication, Health Care Management and any other related Fields. A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Hospitality management preferably in a hospital setting.    
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Deep knowledge of work processes and or procedures such as daily patient care tasks, planning and organization.
2. Basic computer knowledge.
3. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
4. Disposition, courtesy enthusiasm, cooperation, sincerity as they affect fellow workers and others.
5. Make clients and their needs a primary focus of work and actions. This includes clients that are both internal and external to the hospital.
6. Gives out information and ideas in a clear and concise manner.		1. Retrieval of all patient records in advance of the booked appointment.
2. Appointments to be noted either in the appointment book or on a data base if used.
3. Constant contact maintained with patients, receptionist and clinical staff to ensure smooth flow through the department and to be able to warn the patient if there are anticipated delays.
4. A data base of complaints maintained in order to identify bottlenecks or other problems so that these issues can be addressed.
5. Awareness of the functioning of the hospital, transport networks, pharmacy policy and procedures.
6. Awareness of the policies and procedures governing the outpatient and emergency medical departments.
7. To ensure that results of all waiting times surveys analyzed and reported to the customer care manager.
8. Wheel chairs are cleaned and the footrests are in place.
9. Adherence to all health and safety policies and procedures.
10. Compliance with infection prevention and control policies and procedures maintained.
11. Ensure that directions for patients are adequate and maintained for example colored lines/stripes/painted footsteps for patients to follow different wards areas.
12. Patient and personnel fire and emergency evacuations practiced annually.
13. 4. Participate in the comprehensive planned preventative maintenance schedules for all Hospital medical devices.·
5. Ensure the reporting and subsequent investigation of any incidents pertaining to medical devices.·
6. Participate in the delivery of quality services in line with the duties allocated via team rosters.·
7. Provide assessments in relation to medical devices or equipment, providing responses to risk management team.·
8. Collect all complementary comments and complaints put forward by equipment users regarding the equipment and devices under the Services Control.· 9.
