In a bid to mitigate against the spread of COVID-19 and keeping in line with Rwanda Ministry of Health’s directive to suspend large gatherings, KING FAISAL HOSPITAL highly discouraged all non-essential visits on its premises while there is a threat of CORONAVIRUS transmission.

Only the Next of kin is allowed to visit in-patients (hospitalized patients).

From 3:00PM- 5:00PM and from 7:00PM-8:00PM. We will try to adjust the visiting hours to meet your individual needs. To help our patients get the rest needed to recuperate, visiting hours may be limited at the discretion of the nursing staff. Visiting hours in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) differ from other areas (11:00 am – 12:00 pm; 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm; 7:30 pm – 8:30pm.).

People who are seeking information/scheduling appointments are advised to avoid coming to the hospital but use all hospital’s communication channels including (Landlines, email addresses and the hospital’s social media platforms).

KING FAISAL HOSPITAL ensures patient and staff safety seriously. We have detailed and thorough plans for patient care and protecting staff. KFH staff at all locations have been trained and are prepared to care for patients with serious infections control.

All visitors are being screened along with travel/contact history at the security check-point of the new entrance of the hospital effective 17th March 2020.
